SMART READER® WORLDWIDE WINS READER’S DIGEST TRUSTED BRANDS GOLD AWARD THE THIRD TIME
Smart Reader® Worldwide has once more been named as one of the most trusted brands in Malaysia at the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Awards 2013 held recently in Kuala Lumpur.
Acclaimed as one of the most representative and objective branding surveys in the region, the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands conducts its annual regional consumer surveys in seven markets across Asia, namely Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Now in its 15th year, these surveys determine the brands most trusted by consumers in 42 different product and service categories where consumers are asked to rate the brands they have a preference over according to the six qualitative criteria: Trustworthiness and Credibility, Quality, Value, Understanding of Customer Needs, Innovation and Social Responsibility. Results are based entirely on consumer voting and reflect the consumers’ most preferred brands among the thousands available in the market.
Corporate Manager of Smart Reader® Worldwide, Mr Kevan Ong, accepted the Gold Trusted Brand Award in the Children Education Centre category from YB Dato’ Sri Ahmad Shabery Cheek, Minister of Communications and Multimedia. The prestigious award has been conferred to the company for its ability to demonstrate trustworthiness, commitment to quality, value innovation, social responsibility and in fulfilling consumers’ every day needs.
