Development & Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• To market, promote and monitor the enrolment of students at Smart Reader Kids centres
• To be in charge of the set-up of new, local and international centres and to ensure that franchised centres are in full operation, have completed staff training and maintain good student enrolment
• To be responsible for providing leadership, managing and leading staff and overseeing the overall well-being of the preschool
• To provide continuous support and guidance

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome to
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 years experiences in managing, supervising and leading preschool centers
• Good Presentation and Communication Skills
• Result-oriented
• An effective planner
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Preference will be given to those who can commence work immediately

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• To market Smart Reader® reading programme to Tutorial centres throughout Malaysia as effectively as possible
• To market Smart Reader Kids® and Smart Reader Kids Islamic and Smart Reader Kids Plus Plus® franchise throughout Malaysia as effectively as possible
• To market new franchised product/services and related products and services provided by the Smart Reader® Worldwide group of companies

Requirements:

• A degree or related qualification in sales and marketing
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Good command of English and pleasant personality
• Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Good telephone manners and communication skills
• Able to write marketing proposals and carry out presentations
• Willing to travel / relocate to different locations of business
• Possess own transport
• Result-oriented
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
